Prestigious Flooring & Design was founded in 2017 as a family-owned and family-operated flooring company right here in Alpharetta. Owner Edwin Marzano started it with one goal: give homeowners, builders, and designers across the Atlanta area an honest, personal flooring experience - not a big-box runaround. He's still personally involved in projects today, from the first phone call to the final walkthrough.
That's why every consultant on our team works in-house - never a subcontracted salesperson passing you along. We carry all the major brands in carpet, hardwood, luxury vinyl, tile, and laminate, plus specialty products like natural stone, glass tile, cork, and waterproof flooring, and we back our installs with some of the best manufacturer and labor warranties in the industry.
